Yves Cuilleron is one of the most renowned winemakers of the Northern Rhône. This Saint-Joseph L’Amarybelle 2011 is are part of a refined winery allotment and a unique opportunity to own and taste slightly older wine vintages from France no longer available in market.
This wonderful wine from Yves Cuilleron offers sweet spice, candied black fruits and some delicate notes of grilled tobacco make a nice complex and charming nose. Fleshy with velvety tannins and spicy finish.
Wonderful fresh primary notes in the first 5 years with the ability to age up to 10 years or more developing rich secondary characteristics.
Pairing of this wine from France is ideal with a variety of meats lamb, pork; for example filet of pork wrapped in a chorizo crust.
